Are our Time Frames unreasonable?

I work at a plumbing and appliance repair company. We do full service plumbing and service major kitchen and laundry appliances. What I want to know is, are we being unreasonable?
We usually are at least 2-3 days out in the schedule, which means if you call us on Monday, we can probably get you in the schedule for Wednesday or Thursday, or later. When we schedule, we don’t give a specific time frame, because we do our route by area, not first-come, first-serve. We do call the business day before the appointment (or on Sat. for Mon calls) and give a 2-3 hour time frame. On the day of the appointment, our tech calls 15-30 minutes away from the home. Now, if no one answers the phone, our tech leaves a message, and then calls the office, which leaves a message as well. We give them 10 minutes to call back, and if we hear nothing, we move on. We don’t have all day to sit and wait, and if we go to the home we have to charge a no-show fee, per our contract with their home warranty.

Sounds reasonable to me. Part of what you are selling is not only material, it’s your time. Some people don’t respect that
